Worried about your drinking?
You are not alone.
This site is for anyone who thinks alcohol may be causing problems in their life — whether you are ready to stop, thinking about cutting down, frightened, curious, or simply looking for a way forward.
We welcome everyone: people of faith, people with no faith, atheists, agnostics, humanists, and those who are unsure.
There is no single right way to begin recovery. Some people find help in traditional Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Others prefer secular AA, SMART Recovery, LifeRing, or other non-religious approaches.
You will find more emphasis and information about recovery without any religious undertones on this site, We want to be honest as this is where we now find our "path". The majority if not all of us attend AA meetings which are secular. In other words we might be Agnostic, atheist, freethinking, humanists or put simply recovering without the need or belief in anything "Super natural". However, some people of a faith do attend secular AA for it's freshness and openness. Whatever you choose to explore, we wish you well and peace of mind. You don't have to continue with chaos or constant worries and all the other problems made greater by relying on booze.
This just might be your time to stop or at least explore what might help you.
Our aim is simple: to help you find support that feels safe, respectful, and possible.
This website does not provide medical advice, counselling, or emergency support. It offers information and links to recovery fellowships and support services.
